Boiler Operation

Course Overview

The Factories and Machinery Act 1967 prescribes that certain machinery must not be operated without certified staff. This section of the Act applies to boilers, which require competent and skilled Boilermen and/or Steam Engineers for operation. This course is designed to expose participants to the techniques used to operate boilers of various sizes, types, and purposes in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as plant and manufacturer standard operating procedures.
